BSEB Competency Test 2025: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) shared the schedule for the third, fourth, and fifth phases of the Teacher Competency Test 2025 today, 26 April 2025. Chairman Shri Arun Kishore made the announcement.
The board said the third phase of the Teacher Competency Test will take place from 10 May 2025 to 15 May 2025. Around 30,221 teacher candidates have applied online to sit for this phase. The board wants to declare the third phase results by 31 May 2025. Applications for this phase were taken from teachers of classes 1 to 5, 6 to 8, 9 to 10, and 11 to 12.

The chairman also said that online applications for the fourth and fifth phases will open between 7 May and 14 May 2025. Those who pass the third phase will be able to pay the application fee for the fourth phase on 2 and 3 June 2025. The fourth phase test is set for 15 and 16 June 2025. The board is planning to announce the fourth phase results by 30 June 2025.
Teacher candidates should keep checking the official BSEB website for updates about exam centres, admit cards, and other important information. Two phases of the Teacher Competency Test have already finished. In the first phase, 1,99,027 candidates took the test and 1,87,818 passed. In the second phase, 80,713 candidates appeared and 65,716 qualified.
The third phase will happen in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The exam will last for two hours and thirty minutes.
