CBSE Class 12 Result 2022 LIVE Updates: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Sunday declared the CBSE Class 12 Term 1 Results 2021 in offline mode. As the results have been shared with the schools, the students will now have to collect their respective marksheet from the schools. More details will be added soon.
The CBSE result 2022 Class 12 term 1 is expected to be released on the CBSE board’s official websites, cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.nic.in . Students may also check their results through results.digilocker.gov.in cbse.
There is no official date and time has been confirmed by the CBSE Class 12 Results for Term-1 Exams, in all likelihood the CBSE 12th Results will be announced today i.e., March 15.

When class 12 term 1 result is announced, the examination board will also announce the dates for revaluation. However, compartment exam details for term 1 will not be announced until after the term 2 examinations in April 2022. Following the release of the final cbse result 2022, students who failed the compartment exam will be able to reappear for the compartment exam.
In the case of revaluation, students who are not satisfied with their marks in the exam can fill in a form and pay a fee of Rs 500 per subject. After releasing the results, students will have 5-6 days to submit their revaluation forms.
The paper will be re-evaluated, and the marks will be updated accordingly in case of any changes. For revaluation, the papers will be rechecked. If there is any counting error while totalling the marks, corrections will be made. Suppose any changes are made after the revaluation. In that case, a fresh mark sheet will be issued to students by the examination board.
A CBSE statement issued had said that the performance of individual students will not be available on the website -- cbseresults.nic.in or at cbse.gov.in.

Apart from the official website, CBSE Board result can be checked on CBSE result website on cbseresults.nic.in. The result when released can be checked through SMS, on official websites, and also on various official apps including Digilocker and Umang. Click on the ‘CBSE term 1 Class 12 result 2022’ link.
Enter roll number, school number and date of birth in the login window.
Click on the 'Submit' button.
The online 12th term 1 result 2022 will be displayed on the screen.

Apart from the official websites, students can also check their result via SMS. To check term 1 class 12th CBSE result through SMS, they will have to follow the steps provided below -
CBSE Term 1 Mark Sheets on DigiLocker
Along with the link available on the official website, students will also be able to check the CBSE Term 1 Results via DigiLocker. To check the results students are required to visit the official website results.digilocker.gov.in or open the DigiLocker App. students can follow the steps provided below to get the results.

Step 3: Click on the CBSE Results section
Step 4: Click on Class 12 Passing Certificate

The students will not receive their CBSE marksheets time, however, they will receive their CBSE final marksheets after the term 2 examination.
CBSE term 2 board exams will begin on April 26. The date sheets have been released on cbse.gov.in. In term-2 exams, students will answer both objective and subjective type questions.
The weighting of Term I and Term II exams will be determined at the time of the Term II result announcement, and overall performance will be calculated accordingly.
The students who have appeared in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) term 1 Odia language paper have alleged discrepancies in the answer keys for preparing their marksheets.
CBSE Board Class 12 exams for term 2 are scheduled to be held from April 26, 2022. The exams will commence at 10: 30 am. The board in a recently published circular said, 'Despite the fact that the temperature would be on a little higher side, the time of start of the examinations will be at 10. 30 AM because it will not be possible to start the exams earlier, as the CBSE term 2 exams will be conducted in 26 countries apart from India. Similarly, because of the same reason, the CBSE term 2 Class 10, 12 exams 2022 cannot be held in two shifts.'
This year, CBSE Board has bifurcated the complete CBSE Board syllabus into two terms. The complete CBSE 12th syllabus for term 1 and term 2 is available on cbseacademic.nic.in. Students can download the syllabus for all the subjects including Hindi, English, Maths among others.
While announcing 2 board exams, CBSE in an official statement said that the new criteria is “in line with the Board’s continued focus on assessing stipulated learning outcomes by making the examinations competencies and core concepts based, student-centric, transparent, technology-driven, and having advance provision of alternatives for different future scenarios”
If a student misses their Term-I exams because to COVID or participation in National/International Sports/Olympiads, etc., the results of the Term-I exams will not be communicated. However, their final mark will be determined by their performance in Term II exams.
Calculation of overall percentage = CGPA X 9.5
For example, if your CGPA is 8.2 in CBSE class 12 result 2022, then the overall percentage is 8.2*9.5 = 77.9%
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has rescheduled the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main 2022. The engineering entrance which was to begin from April 16 and conclude on April 21 will now begin from Apri 21. The move has come after protest from a large section of students who were claiming that the board exams and engineering entrance exam are clashing.

With Class 10 Results announced on Saturday, lakhs of students wait with a bated heart for the announcement of CBSE 12th Result 2021 for Term 1 Exams. The Central Board of Secondary Education has conducted the practical exams for Classes 10, 12 from March 2. The practical exams are being held taking care of all the COVID-19 protocols.
The board in an official statement said, “Last date would be 10 days before the date of the last examination of respective classes. No extension of the dates shall be considered by the Board.”
Last year, the board exams were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. CBSE formulated an alternative assessment criteria to prepare the mark sheets of students. The board recorded an a high pass percentage rate at 99.37 per cent in class 12.
Students can score up to a full 100 per cent marks. In class 10 as well many students have secured 100 per cent marks. In class 12 too it is likely that term 1’s highest marks reach 100 per cent.
Board will allow students to raise questions, concerns, objections, or disputes of any kind. In class 10 results too CBSE has opened a window to raise objections online at cbse.nic.in, even if the result is not available online. The window for class 10 objections is open till March 26. A similar procedure is likely to be followed for class 12 as well.
