CBSE school performance report 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched the School Academic Performance Report Card for all its affiliated schools for the 2024–25 session. The main aim of this move is to help schools use real data to make better academic plans and improve how students learn.
The report card gives a full look at how each school has performed in the Class 10 and Class 12 Board Exams. It compares every school’s subject-wise results with the average marks at both the state and national levels. This comparison helps schools see where they are doing well and where they need to work harder. The report also shows gender-wise performance so that schools can notice if there is a big gap between male and female students.

CBSE said that schools should “study the findings carefully and integrate them into their annual pedagogical plans.” This means that school heads must check their report card properly and use it while making plans for teaching and learning. The Heads of Institutions can download their report cards through the CBSE School Login Portal by using their official login details.
The new report card is not just about exam results. It also includes information about how students are doing in sports and co-curricular activities. These records are compared with results from cluster and zonal levels. The Board said this is to show that education is not only about marks but also about the all-round growth of students.
CBSE has also added gender-based data to highlight how boys and girls perform in exams and activities. This move encourages schools to focus more on gender equality in education. “CBSE has also included performance trends of male and female students, encouraging schools to work toward greater gender equity in education outcomes,” the report mentioned.
Along with the report cards, CBSE has also released the final datesheet for the 2025 Class 10 and Class 12 Board Exams on its official website. This will help students plan their studies better and stay organized before their exams.
