College Football 27 Release Date: The wait for College Football 27 is almost over. EA Sports says the game launches worldwide on July 9, 2026. It will come to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and for the first time in the series, PC through the EA app, Steam, and Epic Games Store. That PC release is a big change because it opens the game to a much wider crowd than before.
The game is not opening for everyone on the same day. EA’s FAQ says MVP+ members can start on July 2, while people who buy the Deluxe Edition or MVP Bundle get 3-day early access from July 6. The Standard Edition waits for the full launch on July 9. EA Play members also get a 10-hour trial starting July 2.

The U.S. prices listed by Xbox are $69.99+ for the Standard Edition, $99.99+ for the Deluxe Edition, and $149.99+ for the MVP Bundle.
The cover stars are split by edition. EA says the Standard Edition features Dante Moore, Malachi Toney, and Kewan Lacy. The Deluxe Edition keeps those three and adds Colin Simmons, Leonard Moore, Jayden Maiava, and Indiana head coach Curt Cignetti.
The Deluxe Edition brings extra in-game rewards, including College Football Points, Cover Athlete items, Coach Points, and Road to Glory Skill Points. The MVP Bundle stacks on the Madden NFL 27 Deluxe Edition too, so it is the bigger all-in package for players who want both football games. EA also says MVP+ members get more perks, including monthly Ultimate Team packs and all playable mascots.
