The Congress party on Saturday, September 28, announced list of candidates of Kerala Legislative Assembly bypolls.
TJ Vinod will be the party’s candidate from Ernakulam. Shanimol Osman to contest from Aroor, Mohanrajan from Konni, while Mohan Kumar will be contesting from Vattiyoorkavu.
