Deepika says she is the dancing red girl

Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone is all set to make her Cannes debut this year. She has just discovered something fascinating about her ensemble. It is nothing related to the designer, its colour or the design, but about a WhatsApp emoji that we all are similar with.

The Bajirao Mastani star is resembling the dancing girl in the red, which happens to be a favourite emoji of a lot of people.

Deepika reshared a post on Twitter by Vanity Fair editor Elizabeth Saltzman, just before taking to the red carpet. The editor has compared her to the girl in red gown on the list of our WhatsApp emojis. Elizabeth shared a gif of Deepika on her Instagram page, where the actor is flaunting her Cannes gown.

This is Deepika’s first appearance at the Cannes red carpet. Ever since she landed in France, she has been posting regular updates on social media about her stay and her excitement about making her debut at Cannes.
