Diwali Bonus 2026: While most workplaces celebrate Diwali with treats, bonus and hampers, one company based in Jodhpur has gone above and beyond. Education marketing agency Mediagarh treated four team members to brand new cars during its annual Diwali celebration Sneh Milan 3.0 on Friday, November 6. The event took place at Hotel Madhuram Royale in Jodhpur and fell on Dhanteras.
Employees were treated to a Tata Harrier, Hyundai i20 and two Tata Tiagos, as part of this new scheme to thank them for their dedication, effort and contribution.

The announcement was emotional as they handed over the keys to their new cars. Mehak Lalwani, who gave the opening speech at the event, was one of those to get emotional.

Interestingly this is not a new scheme for the company as over the last three years they have been giving their employees cars. Each year they have been increasing the number of cars.
Mediagarh is an educational marketing agency with over 100 professionals. The company was founded in 2021 and works with schools, colleges and universities nationwide. They work from three locations; Jodhpur, Jaipur and Bengaluru.
Founder Pankaj Budhwani said the scheme was to thank employees for working hard, being consistent and dedicated.
Co-founder Vanshika Agarwal added it was important to bring employees and their families together.
The Diwali party wasn’t just for the four luxury gifts. Over 250 people attended the annual event. Over 100 employees from the three offices attended along with families and guests.
The company also gave out Diwali hampers to each department. They gave out 15 gold awards and 15 silver awards to staff for their outstanding work. There were dances, games and activities throughout the event.
Mediagarh isn’t the only Indian company that is getting attention this festive season for giving big gifts to employees.
Previously a pharmaceutical company based in Panchkula called MITS Healthcare gave four Kia Sonet SUVs to employees in recognition for their performance and loyalty before Diwali 2026.
The company have previously made the news for giving cars to their staff. In 2025 they gave out 51 cars. For these four Mediagarh employees this Diwali will be extra special as they will be leaving with the keys to their brand new car.
