Dog in Lift Sparks Fight in Ghaziabad: A fight started in a lift after an argument about carrying a pet dog in a residential building in Ghaziabad. Police later learned that two women clashed in the lift area, and CCTV clips from the spot have been posted online.
The episode happened on September 12 at Windsor Paradise-2 society in Raj Nagar Extension, near the Nandgram police station area. One of the women, a school teacher named Hina Bari, went to the police after the scuffle.
Bari said she finished work and reached the society around 3 pm. She claimed that when she reached the lift, another resident, mentioned in reports as Shweta Sube, was already inside with a pet dog.
Bari alleged that Sube did not let her get into the lift. Bari said she tried to enter anyway, and the matter quickly turned into a heated exchange.
She then said the situation got worse. Bari claimed she was struck with a stick that was being carried to manage the dog. She also alleged that she was slapped and verbally abused.

Talks about pets in apartment buildings have become tense lately. People argue more often, especially in hallways, shared rooms, and over safety rules.
In this situation, a dispute about a pet dog is said to have moved from words to a real fight. What started as a basic community problem may have ended with police getting involved.
Video from the cameras could matter a lot. It may help show the order of events. It can also clarify what happened right before the fight and what took place during it.
