Dunki Box Office Collection Day 9: Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dunk’ premiere was promising in the Rajkumar Hirani directed film with one of the hottest stars of 2023, but the film did not perform as expected. The film’s daily earnings were already in single digits and on Friday it declined further.

The film managed to earn only Rs 7.25 crore in India on Friday, said industrialist Sacnilk. The domestic net box office collection of the Rajkumar Hirani directorial is Rs 167.47 crore. Like most of Shah Rukh’s films, Dunk also attracts a global audience.

According to Red Chillies Entertainment, the film earned Rs 323.77 crore worldwide in eight days. Dunk is being critically compared to SRK’s last two films, Pathaan and Jawaan, which grossed over Rs 2000 crore worldwide. Although Dunki did decent business at the box office, the film did not live up to the hype of an SRK or a Hirani film.
