Earthquake in Delhi: Tremors were felt in parts of national capital Friday evening. An earthquake of magnitude 4.5 hit 63 km southwest of Gurugram Haryana, says National Centre for Seismology.
Earlier on 8th June, a low-intensity earthquake of magnitude 2.1 hit Delhi today, according to the National Centre for Seismology. The earthquake was epicentre around 13 km of the bordering Gurgaon and had a depth of 18 km, the agency said.
Since April, Delhi-NCR has recorded more than 14 quakes of low and medium intensity.All the recent 13 earthquakes recorded in the Delhi-NCR region were of low to medium intensity.
