At least 6 workers were feared dead on Saturday, August 31 morning and 22 others injured in a massive fire at a Chemical Factory in Shirpur near Maharashtra’s Dhule on Saturday.
“Prima facie, multiple cylinders exploded at the factory. At least eight bodies have been recovered by police and rescue teams so far. The rescue operation is on,” Shirpur police station officer was quoted as saying by PTI.
A team of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) has been deployed at the site.
