Eye on UP Assembly Polls? Prashant Kishor meets Mulayam, Amar Singh

Congress party’s election strategist for Uttar Pradesh, Prashant Kishor, on Wednesday met Samajwadi supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav and Amar Singh in Delhi.

Sources said that the meeting may have political consequences with some even hinting at an alliance between Samajwadi Party and Congress.

Earlier JDU leader KC Tyagi and Shivpal Yadav too met Kishor.

In the past Prashant Kishor has worked towards creating an alliance between JDU And RJD in Bihar elections that saw Nitish Kumar emerging victorious.

The meeting was reportedly held at the residence of Mulayam Singh Yadav, where the duo were joined by Amar Singh.

Meanwhile, Akhilesh Yadav will embark on his rathyatra campaign on November 3 to interact with people ahead of the elections, while his uncle Shivpal Yadav will also organize a youth convention on November 5.

The Yadav clan was in the news for their family feud.
