After much speculations, Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar made their relationship official on Instagram, a few days ago. The rumours of them being in a relationship made news when Shibani had posted a picture of holding a man’s hand who was not facing the camera. Many people commented on it that the man in the picture is Farhan Akhtar. However, for a long time neither Farhan and nor Shibani reacted to the rumours.
After making it official on Instagram, the lovely couple walked hand-in-hand at Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s wedding reception in Mumbai this month. Today, Shibani Dandekar shared a cute photograph with her boyfriend on her Instagram story. In the picture, the couple is sitting in couch holding hand-in-hand and are all smiles.

Recently, Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar celebrated Christmas together at Ritesh Sidhwani’s bash. Shibani’s sister Anushka Dandekar had taken to her Instagram page earlier to share a picture of the couple. She had captioned it, “Christmas really is my favourite time of the year… I love having family and friends together & everyone laughing, drinking & dancing. So grateful for all of it. It was so strange not to have it at home this year but thankyou @jwmarriottjuhu for making it a home away from home experience #thankyouuniverse”.
On the work front, Farhan Akhtar will be next seen in Shonali Bose’s The Sky is Pink which also stars Priyanka Chopra and Zaira Wasim.
