Gold Rates Today, 8th september: In the Indian bullion market, gold and silver prices have jumped again on September 8, 2025. Gold has been continuously rising over the past few days, showing constant fluctuations in its rate. According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold reached ₹107,312 on Monday morning. By Monday evening, the price rose further to ₹108,037 per 10 grams. This shows a steady increase in gold value, making it more expensive for buyers today.
Silver prices have also gone up along with gold. The current price of silver is ₹124,413 per kilogram. These increases reflect the growing demand and changing market conditions in the national bullion market.

At the national level, 10 grams of gold with 995 purity now costs ₹107,604, up from ₹107,312 on Monday morning. Similarly, 22 carat gold of 916 purity has increased from ₹98,298 to ₹98,962 per 10 grams. For 18 carat gold with 750 purity, the price has risen from ₹80,484 to ₹81,028 per 10 grams. Even 14-carat gold of 585 purity is now ₹63,202 per 10 grams.
Today in Delhi, the price of 24 carat gold is ₹10,853 per gram. The 22 carat gold is ₹9,950 per gram, while 18 carat gold, also called 999 gold, is ₹8,141 per gram. Gold prices have been moving up slowly since the start of the year.
Earlier this year, the stock markets faced some losses, which made many investors look for safer options. Gold, being a reliable and stable investment, attracted attention as people tried to protect their money.
