Rajput organization Karni Sena which came into the limelight following the violent protests against Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film ‘Padmavat’, has announced the appointment of Indian cricketer Ravindra Jadeja’s wife Rivaba Solanki as the head of the women’s wing of the Gujarat unit.
Rivaba said that she is grateful to the organisation for this honour, she has accepted this position after discussing with husband Ravindra Jadeja.
In April 2016, Rivaba, married all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, is originally from Junagadh district of Gujarat. Cricketer Ravindra Jadeja’s family hails from nearby Jamnagar district.
