The support page says to use the ‘Forgot Password’ link, type in your email address, and then check your inbox for the next steps. The page is even titled “What if I forgot my password?” and says, “Resetting your password is simple.” After that, you just follow the email instructions and make a new password.
A strong password is always better than a weak one. The safest move is to use something hard for other people to guess and easy for you to remember. Once the password is changed, the account can be used again through the Avant dashboard or mobile app. Avant’s main site says customers can manage their credit card or loan account from the phone with the Avant mobile app.
After activation, the card can be managed online in a few different ways. The Avant dashboard helps with account tools, and the mobile app lets users control their account from a phone. Avant’s site also shows a separate rewards area, and it says that the rewards login uses different sign-in details from the main Avant dashboard. That means rewards and the regular card account are not handled in exactly the same place.
