“I miss you everyday”, says Jahnvi Kapoor on her mother Sridevi’s 2nd year death anniversary

On the second death anniversary of late veteran star Sridevi, her actress-daughter Janhvi Kapoor said that she misses her superstar mother every day.

Janhvi on Monday took to Instagram, where she shared a black and white photograph of herself along with Sridevi. In the image, Sridevi is seen giving an affectionate hug to Janhvi, who is lying down on a sofa. The two can be seen posing cheerfully towards the camera.

Janhvi captioned the image, saying, “I miss you everyday mom” which currently has over 67K likes.

Sridevi, Bollywood’s first female superstar, died at the age of 54 on February 24, 2018, by accidentally drowning in a bathtub in a Dubai hotel, leaving the film industry, her family and legions of fans in a state of shock.

The “Chandni” star was in Dubai to attend some family member’s wedding.

Sridevi began acting at the age of four in her devotional film “Thunaivan”.

She worked across pan India movie industries like that of Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and also Hindi movies.

For her great contribution to the country’s art and cinema, she was even honoured with the National Award and Padma Shri. Known to be the Queen of “Hawa-Hawai”, Shridevi is known to be one of the greatest marks of versatile acting in the Bollywood industry
