If required I’ll go to Jammu and Kashmir, says CJI Ranjan Gogoi

Ranjan Gogoi, the Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi on Monday, September 16 said that he’ll visit Jammu and Kashmir if required.

“It is a very, very serious matter if people are unable to approach the High Court, I will myself visit Srinagar,” Gogoi said. The Supreme Court also directed the Jammu and Kashmir High Court Chief Justice to submit a report on whether the High Court is accessible to litigants or not.
