Well, Veteran actor Waheeda Rehman is the perfect epitome of the same. Pictures of the 83-year-old is going viral on social media wherein she can be seen taking up a water sport. Yes, you read it right.
Waheeda Rehman went for snorkeling with her daughter Kashvi Rekhy.
In the Instagram post, Waheeda is seen holding hands of her daughter Kashvi underwater as the two snorkel at the Havelock islands in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Captioning the post, Kashvi wrote that she was snorkeling with mom and used the hashtag water babies. It seems the actress is making sure that she lives life to the fullest and does not let her age become a factor in enjoying the things that make her happy.
On February 3, the evergreen actor turned 83 and to celebrate the occasion, she took a trip to Varanasi with her daughter. Kashvi shared a few pictures from the trip where Waheeda was seen taking a boat ride on the river Ganga. In another picture, Waheeda was also seen taking pictures of the holy city with her camera.
In 2011, Rehman became the recipient of Padma Bhushan. She won a National Award for her role in “Reshma Aur Shera”, besides numerous popular awards.
Meanwhile, veteran actor Dharmendra confessed that after watching Chaudhvin Ka Chand, he was smitten by Waheeda Rehman’s beauty. Dharmendra along with Shatrughan Sinha visited the sets of Dance Deewane Season 3 as special guests. Colors channel has shared a promo for the upcoming episode, in which host Raghav asks him to respond to Waheeda Rehman calling him a flirt. She had said, “Dharmendraji woh dikhte hai bare seedhe saadha, woh bohut flirt hai (Dharmendraji appears to be very shy but he is a flirt).”
