Kajol not a part of Karan Johar’s ‘Takht’

Kajol and Karan Johar’s friendship has run through some troubled waters, but the filmmaker and the actress keep denying it. However, they have maintained good relations on the professional front giving friendship goals to one and many.

However, going by recent reports, their friendship once again has been put through the scanner. It was rumoured that Kajol was set to have a guest appearance in Karan Johar’s ambitious project, ‘Takht’.

According to sources, the actress has not signed any project apart from Helicopter Eela. ‘Takht’ which is multi-starrer drama set against the backdrop of the Mughal empire, was slated to have a special appearance from Kajol, as she has previously done in Karan Johar films. But these rumours have been put to rest by sources close to her. So far neither Karan Johar or Kajol have released any official statement confirming or denying the same.

‘Takht’ stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and Janhvi Kapoor.
