The incident occurred at the MLA’s house in Adatt in Thrissur. His neighbours said they saw a person standing near the house early in the morning.

The cat’s head was offered to him in a bowl which is kept for giving fodder to cows.

The MLA spotted the head when he came near the cattle shed.
