Lalu Yadav files bail plea in Jharkhand High Court

Former Bihar CM, Lalu Prasad Yadav has filed a fresh bail plea in Jharkhand High Court. In his petition, he expressed his concern on severe ailment which includes kidney problem, high blood pressure, diabetes, depression, etc.

Lalu pleaded for bail in three cases related to fraudulent withdrawal of money from Deoghar, Dumka and Chaibasa with case number RC 68A/96, RC 38A/96, RC 64A/96.

RJD MLA Ilyas Hussain disqualified from the Assembly after court sentence

Earlier, RJD supremo was granted provisional bail for six weeks by the high court on May 11 for specialised treatment at Asian Heart Institute in Mumbai. The court had twice extended the bail period, which finally ended on August 30. Again on grounds of age and deteriorating health, the bail plea has come in.
