‘We are all in boxes’: Watch Sonata Trailer

The trailer of Aparna Sen’s latest directorial venture ‘Sonata’ is released online.

Sonata is the story of three unmarried women-Aruna Chaturvedi (Professor), Dolon Sen (Banker) and Subhadra Parekh (journalist) played by Aparna Sen, Shabana Azmi and Lillete Dubey respectively- trapped in the boxes of a metropolis.

Sonata is an English film. The movie discusses the taboos of being an unmarried woman in the conservative Indian society.
