Maharashtra: BJP leader beats bank manager after farmers’ issues go unresolved

Beed: Taluka president of BJP’s Kisan Morcha Balasaheb who goes by alias Avinash More, allegedly beat up the manager in the state Bank and made him a hostage.

On the complaint made by bank manager, police has registered a case against the accused minister. According to the minister, bank manager was not resolving the issues raised by the farmers and after which he had to come over and over to the bank. Following this, the manager was beaten.

Accused minister was caught beating the manager in the cabin by the CCTV camera, according to a report by a Hindi daily, Bhaskar.

In a political development earlier today, BJP MLA Avtar Singh Bhadana is set to join Congress in presence of General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi on Thursday. Bhadan a four time Lok Sabha MP is considered a tall Gurjar leader who has good impact in Western Uttar Pradesh and adjoining state Haryana. Avtar Singh Bhadana is currently an MLA from Muzaffarnagar’s Meerapur assembly.
