A 25-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of a Metro train at Qutub Minar station on Monday.
The deceased, identified as Ravi, ended his life by jumping in front of the train going towards Jahangirpuri around 9 pm, police said.
He was rushed to a hospital where he was declared dead immediately, police added.
They also said that they are trying to find out the reason behind the suicide.
In a similar incident, a 22-year-old woman had allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of a moving train at Ghitorni Metro station in April in the national capital.
