In a complete contrast to Delhi where people honk for no reason at all, Aizawl has been declared as a “Honk-Free city.” Giving people another reason to run to the hills, this beautiful capital of Mizoram is absolute paradise as captured by a shot film made by debut filmmakers of Mizoram. Titled ‘Tranquility’this movie recommended by Prabhudeva and sets a model for other cities to follow.

The average decibel level of a car horn is around 110dB which is a serious health hazard as sounds louder than 60-70 dB cause gradual hearing loss.

Watch this video, for a rare visual of a car surfing noiselessly over roads in Aizawl.
