PM Internship Scheme 2025: Registrations Open, Check Eligibility, Stipend, and Application Deadline

PM Internship Scheme 2025: The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, has started online registrations for the PM Internship Scheme 2025. Interested candidates can apply through the official PMIS portal at pminternship.mca.gov.in. The last date to submit applications is March 12, 2025.

What is the PM Internship Scheme?

The PM Internship Scheme is a government initiative aimed at providing young professionals with valuable work experience. It helps bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world skills by offering internships in top 500 companies. The scheme was officially launched on October 3, 2024, and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced an allocation of Rs 800 crore for it in the Union Budget 2025.

Under the PM Internship Scheme, each intern will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 5,000. Additionally, interns will get a one-time grant of Rs 6,000. This financial support is designed to help students focus on their internships without worrying about money.

Who Can Apply?

In short the students who meet the following criteria can apply for the PM Internship Scheme 2025:

• Must have passed Class 10 or 12.
• Must hold a UG/PG degree or diploma.
• Age should be between 21 and 24 years.

• Step 1: Visit the official PMIS website at pminternship.mca.gov.in.
• Step 2: Click on the registration link on the homepage and provide the required details to register.
• Step 3: Log in using the credentials received during registration.
• Step 4: Complete the registration form carefully as per the portal’s instructions.
