The health of Heeraben Modi, the mother of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has deteriorated.
Heeraben Modi has reportedly been admitted to the UN Mehta hospital in Ahmedabad, as reported by the media.
On Tuesday, PM Modi’s brother Prahlad Modi and members of his family were injured in Mysuru, Karnataka, when the automobile they were travelling in was involved in an accident.
The accident involving Prahlad, the younger brother of Prime Minister Modi, occurred when the car struck a divider.
Earlier, during the Gujarat Assembly elections, PM Modi visited his mother at her apartment in Gandhinagar. PM Modi was observed seated alongside his mother.
