Ranbir Kapoor tests COVID-19 positive, mother Neetu confirms

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday. Actor’s mother Neetu Kapoor confirmed the news.

Ranbir has reportedly put himself under quarantine and is resting it out.

“Thank you for your concern and your good wishes. Ranbir has tested positive for Covid-19. He is on medication and recovering well. He is in self quarantine at home and following all precautions,” Neetu Kapoor wrote on Instagram.

In December 2020,  Neetu Kapoor had also tested positive for COVID-19 when she was shooting for Jug Jugg Jeeyo in Chandigarh.

“Earlier this week, I tested positive for COVID-19. All safety measures are being followed and I am thankful to the authorities for all their help and quick response. I am in self-quarantine, taking medication on my doctor’s advice and feeling better. I am so grateful for all your love and support. Please stay safe, wear a mask and keep safe distance. Take care,” Neetu Kapoor wrote in a post announcing the news.

On the work front, the ‘Rockstar’ actor will be next seen in Shamshera, Brahmashtra, Luv Ranjan’s untitled next and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal.
