The Redmi Note 12R Pro has finally arrived in China after being in the news for several days. According to Xiaomi, it has a 5,000mAh battery, a 48MP camera, and 12 GB of RAM.
Redmi Note 12R Pro features a 6.67-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device ships with Android 13-based MIUI 14 software. The device combines the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 CPU with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
Regarding the camera, two sensors, including a 2-megapixel macro camera and a 48-megapixel primary camera, have been installed in the device’s rear. Moreover, the phone is equipped with a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies and video conversations. The manufacturer has equipped the smartphone with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W accelerated charging.
This new Redmi smartphone features a side-mounted biometric scanner as well as an array of connectivity options. Connectivity options include Dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, an IR blaster, GPS, NFC, a 3.5mm audio connector, and a USB-C interface.
Redmi Note 12R Pro is available in a single configuration with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage for 1,999 yuan (approximately Rs 23,640). The device is offered in three colour options: black, white, and gold. Let us remind you that this smartphone was released in China only recently. There is no official word regarding its introduction in India.
