The original due date of August 15, 2023 has been moved to December 31, 2023.

This extension is the latest in a series of time extensions for the scheme. The scheme, which was initially launched on February 15, 2023 and was expected to conclude on March 31, 2023, has been extended multiple times to accomodate interested participants.
