Social Security Disability Insurance
SSDI July Payment: Recipients of Social Security Disability Insurance will shortly start receiving checks in the second round. We’ll break it all down for you below if you’re anticipating a check this week or are unsure of when you’ll receive your payment. Additionally, here’s what to do if your June SSDI check hasn’t arrived yet.
There are four fixed dates for Social Security payments each month. The date of your birth and the date you began receiving SSDI will determine when your payment is due. You may need to get in touch with the Social Security Administration if, at the end of the month, you haven’t received your payment.
The possible arrival dates of your SSDI funds are indicated here. It should be noted that SSDI and Social Security benefits are paid on the same day.
Your payment is supposed to arrive on the third day of each month if you have been receiving SSDI benefits since May 1997 or earlier.
There are some exclusions. You will get payment on the next business day if the third of the month comes on a weekend or holiday. For instance, some SSDI beneficiaries received their payouts two days early, on March 1, because March 3 fell on a Sunday.
The SSDI payment schedule for individuals who have not received benefits since 1997 or before is the same as that of Social Security. This is how it operates:
