Bharatiya Janata Party MP Liladhar Vaghela suffered injury after a cow attack. He was admitted in ICU of Apollo Hospital with broken ribs and head injuries. The MP was walking near his residence in Gandhinagar when a stray cow attacked him leading to severe injury.
The 83-year-old MP from Gujarat was rushed to hospital in a critical situation and after preliminary examinations, he was shifted to Intensive Care Unit.
MP Liladhar Vaghela has served as a cabinet minister in Gujarat before being elected to the Lok Sabha. He is also a member of the standing committee on Water Resources, Consultative Committee of the Ministry of Rural Development, Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water and Sanitation and Railway Convention Committee.
