Tata Punch Facelift Launch 2026: Tata Motors will launch the new Punch facelift on January 13, 2026. The Indian carmaker has already given many hints about the updated model on social media. Recently, Tata showed the new design of the Punch online and now it has also shared details about the colour choices buyers will get.

The Punch facelift keeps its small and tough look but adds fresh styling touches. Tata wants to make the car more modern and attractive while keeping it simple for daily use.

Tata Punch Facelift: New colours and Variant

The updated Tata Punch will come with 6 exterior colour options.

These include:

  1. Cyantific
  2. Daytona Grey
  3. Caramel
  4. Coorg Clouds
  5. Bengal Rouge
  6. Pristine White

Tata has removed Tornado Blue and Calypso Red from the current colour list. The colours Coorg Clouds, Bengal Rouge, and Pristine White earlier appeared on the Tata Sierra and now make their way to the Punch.

Tata will sell the Punch facelift in six main variants. These are Smart, Pure, Pure Plus, Adventure, Accomplished, and Accomplished Plus S. Even the base Smart variant comes well loaded. It includes six airbags, LED headlamps, ESP, Eco and City drive modes, remote keyless entry, iTPMS, and a “Corporate steering wheel”.

The Pure variant adds comfort features like rear AC vents, steering controls, rear defogger, and a day and night IRVM. The Pure Plus variant brings more tech. It gets an eight-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a reverse camera, cruise control, a Type-C fast charger, and an adjustable driver seat.

Top features

The Adventure variant adds many advanced features. Buyers get a 360-degree camera, blind spot alert, push-button start, rear wiper and washer, automatic climate control, automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, and 15-inch styled steel wheels. The Accomplished variant goes further with 16-inch alloy wheels, a bigger 10.25-inch touchscreen, LED DRLs, LED tail lamps, better seat support, and automatic climate control.

The top Accomplished Plus S variant offers premium features. These include a voice-assisted electric sunroof, a seven-inch digital driver display, wireless charging, auto-dimming IRVM, and Tata’s iRA connected car tech.

Under the hood, Tata Punch facelift will offer two petrol engines. The first is a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated engine that makes 85 bhp and 115 Nm torque. Buyers can choose between a five-speed manual or AMT gearbox. This engine also comes with a factory CNG option that produces 72 bhp and 103 Nm.

The second engine is a new 1.2-litre turbo petrol unit taken from the Altroz Racer and Nexon. This engine delivers 118 bhp and 170 Nm torque. Tata will pair it with a six-speed manual gearbox.

The company has not shared any details yet about an automatic option for this turbo engine.
