Poster emerges outside Kirti Azad’ house in Delhi confirming his entry to Congress

Former Indian cricketer and politician Kirti Azad is all set to join the Congress party on February 15.

Kirti Azad is the son of former Chief Minister of Bihar Bhagwat Jha Azad and followed the paths of his father joining the Bharatiya Janata Party. He was elected as an MP from Darbhanga, Bihar.

Kirti Azad was suspended in 2015 from BJP for “anti party” activities.

Kirti Azad on Friday tweeted, “Good morning I will be joining the @INCIndia at noon today in front of the young energetic president Shri @RahulGandhi followed by press conference at 2:00 p.m. at 24 Akbar Road”.
