The union budget for the financial year 2021-22 has also not been insulated from the impact of the Corona pandemic. The corona pandemic has led the budget to not be in print form this time. That’s why union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has launched the ‘Union Budget Mobile App’.
The digital version of the budget will be uploaded to the Union Budget Mobile App when the budget will be presented in the parliament. This app ensures that the public can get their hands on the budget documents whenever and wherever they want.
You can download the Union Budget app on your smartphone with Android and iOS platforms. It is available in both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. It is also possible to download the app from the official Union Budget web portal www.indiabudget.gov.in.
The first phase of the budget session will be held between January 29 and February 15, 2021. The second phase of the budget session will be held between March 8 and April 8, 2021.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Budget in Parliament on February 1, 2021. Corona guidelines will be followed during budget sessions.
