The colleges and university exams in Uttarakhand will be held from July 1, 2020. The announcement in this regard was made by Principal Secretary Anand Vardhan where he stated that the examinations will be completed within one month and the admissions for the students in the new academic session will commence from September 1, 2020.
Guidelines were released earlier by the University Grants Commission (UGC) for the universities and colleges in the country which has given information about the conducting of the examinations along with the session. The Guidelines consist of details about the conduct of the semester exams for the students from universities across the countries and about the admissions to the new academic session.
According to the guidelines issued by the UGC, the exams are to begin from July 2020 and the UGC has asked the college to follow the guidelines issued by the UGC.
The classes may be held 6 days per week in order to compensate for the lost class in academic studies.
The universities of Uttarakhand will start the classes in August 2020 and the session will begin from August 1, 2020. For the students who are currently pursuing courses from the universities, the schedule will soon be announced by different colleges and universities.
