The first trailer for Kevin Kölsch and Dennis Widmyer’s adaptation of Stephen King’s beloved horror novel, Pet Sematary, has arrived.
This is the second adaptation of King’s book – Pet Sematary – the story of the Creed family, who move to a house in rural Maine that’s near both a dangerous road where pets are known to get run over and the makeshift cemetery local children have built for said pets. This isn’t any ordinary cemetery, though, and as tragedy sets into the family’s lives, patriarch Louis Creed (Jason Clarke) will find that sometimes the dead should stay dead, no matter how hard it is to say goodbye.
Pet Sematary, which stars John Lithgow, Jason Clarke and Amy Seimetz, will be released in April 2019.
