World’s 15 hottest cities are all from India, Madhya Pradesh tops the list

The summer season has begun, it will be not surprising to see the heat breaking records this time as well. India is recording the highest temperature this summer season among all the countries in the world already.

Now as per the reports 15 of the hottest cities around the globe on Friday belongs to India especially in central India. Among them, the mercury level has risen to the highest in Madhya Pradesh’s  Khargone. There the maximum temperature recorded was 46.6 degree Celsius.

The second highest temperature was recorded in Akola which is located in Maharasthra’s Vidhabra. There the mercury level rose to 46.4 degree Celsius.

There was a close tiff between Vidarbha and Amravati. Amravati recorded (45.4), Brahmapuri (45.8), Chandrapur (45.6) and Wardha (45.7). Nagpur, which is the ninth hottest city, recorded a temperature of 45.2 degree Celsius.

As per the data, nine of the 15 hottest cities were located in Maharashtra, with six of them belonging to the region of Vidarbha. It was followed by three towns in Madhya Pradesh, two from Uttar Pradesh and one from Telangana.

The India Meteorological Department on Thursday issued a warning in Vidarbha region that the heatwave condition would intensify in the next 5 days. The department also warned that the temperature in Central India would increase up to 47 degree Celsius.

Now we can only imagine what will happen in the month of May-June.
