Aston Martin AMB 002: Aston Martin has moved into road-legal motorcycles with the AMB 002 Roadster. The bike was made with Brough Superior, a smaller motorcycle maker known for high-end builds. It was shown on September 9.
The AMB 002 uses a 1,083cc V-Twin engine. It also features a titanium frame. There is a lot of carbon-fibre work in the build too.
Aston Martin says it will make just 300 AMB 002 Roadsters for the whole world. The first deliveries are planned for the third quarter of 2027. Customers can place orders now.
This is not Aston Martin’s first run at a motorcycle. The firm worked with Brough Superior before on the AMB 001 and the AMB 001 Pro. Those bikes were for the track only.
The AMB 002 is different in a clear way. It is the first Aston Martin motorcycle that is made for the road and cleared for road uses and is set up for everyday riding. It does not focus on track use in the same way as the earlier models.
One of the motorcycle’s biggest engineering highlights is its CNC-machined titanium structural spine frame.
The frame is milled from a solid billet of titanium and weighs just 5kg. Aston Martin says this lightweight construction helps the motorcycle achieve a 50:50 weight distribution.
Carbon-fibre body panels and a carbon-fibre fuel tank further help keep the motorcycle’s centre of gravity low. The complete bike weighs around 190kg.

The AMB 002 also gets Brough Superior’s distinctive Fior double-wishbone front suspension instead of a conventional telescopic fork.
The system separates steering and braking forces and incorporates anti-dive characteristics. The aim is to provide greater front-end stability, particularly during hard braking and cornering.
The AMB 002 carries several visual cues inspired by Aston Martin’s performance cars, but the design is not simply a motorcycle version of one of its cars.
It gets sculpted carbon-fibre bodywork, an exposed mechanical structure, distinctive cooling vents and twin ribbed exhausts. The result is a much more dramatic and minimalist roadster than a conventional superbike.
The motorcycle is being hand-built at Brough Superior’s facility in Toulouse, France, with each of the 300 examples individually assembled.
Aston Martin has not said what the AMB 002 will cost. A few outlets mention a starting number near €120,000, before local taxes and transport fees. Still, that estimate is not the same as an official price. Wait for Aston Martin to share the final market details.
