Bihar: Stampede at Sapna Choudhary’s show in Begusarai, 1 dies

Patna: In Begusarai’s district of Bihar, at Sapna Chaudhary’s performance, a stampede took place during lathi-charge by police on Thursday night. The panic resulted in the death of a youth who was crushed by the crowd. Several others got injured during the event.

The performance was taking place in Bharol village, organized on the occasion of Chhath Maha Parv. The stampede was triggered when after seeing the people breaking the barricades, police initiated the lathi-charge.

Sajan Kumar got caught in the stampede and was badly injured who succumbed to his injury.
