Box Office Collection of Adipurush Day 1: Adipurush, starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Saif Ali Khan, debuted on June 16 to divided reviews. Despite the film’s release amid high anticipation, industry analysts anticipated a massive opening weekend. The film was distributed in five languages (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada), and Day 1 estimates indicate that it had a roaring start.

The narrative of Adipurush is about Lord Ram, whose wife Sita was abducted by the evil Ravana. He enlisted the assistance of the vanara army and brought her back to Ayodhya with him. Kriti has recently discussed her portrayal of Janaki (Sita) in the Ramayana retelling. She stated that the scale and scope of Om Raut’s directorial effort are enormous and that the audience will have a “visually spectacular experience” with the film. However, she also revealed that she used to joke with the director that she was filming her “biggest film on the smallest set,” since the entire film was filmed in a studio.
