Minutes after Congress Delhi Pradesh Congress chief Shiela Dixit said that there would be no pre-poll tie-up in Delhi between AAP and Congress, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has said, “At a time when the whole country wants to defeat Modi- Shah duo, Cong is helping BJP by splitting anti-BJP vote.” He went on to accuse to Congress party of “some secret understanding with BJP”. Kejriwal went on to say that, “People will defeat this unholy alliance”.
