This year, the festival of colours, Holi will be celebrated on March 28, 29, 30.
The three-day-long festival starts with ‘Holika Dahan’ and ends with ‘Phagwa’. This year, given the protocols to be followed due to the pandemic that surrounds us, we need to be cautious and mindful of the get-together planned, to celebrate this Holi.
Is there a dry day in Holi?
Dry days are days where the Government prohibits the sale of alcohol in shops, clubs, bars, etc on a specific day or date mark a festival or an election day.
Except January 26, August 15, and October 2nd and elections Dry days in which alcohol sale is ban through retail shops, bars and hotels may vary in different states, as some states have state-specific holidays in which alcohol sale is banned.
