Jeremy Renner returns as Mike McLusky, the man many people call the mayor of Kingstown even though he holds no official title. The show tells the dark story of a prison town where crime, power, and corruption mix every day. Mike tries to keep balance between criminals, police officers, prison guards, and gangs.
