Delhi Assembly Speaker Ram Niwas Goel disqualified Member of Legislative Assembly Anil Bajpai and Devendra Sehrawat on grounds of defection. The two had switched from AAP to the Bharatiya Janata Party earlier this year.
On Friday, Karawal Nagar MLA Kapil Mishra was disqualified from the Delhi Legislative Assembly on the grounds of defection. House speaker Ram Niwas Goel had given his decision on the petition by Saurabh Bharadwaj.
