RRB Group D Exam Date 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board is working hard to fill 32,438 Group D jobs this year. More than one crore candidates 10,822,423 to be exact have applied from all over India. Everyone is now waiting excitedly to hear when the exam will happen.
The Railway Group D Computer-Based Test (CBT) is likely to take place sometime between August and September 2025. This year, the number of people applying is huge, so competition is very tough. The Railway Group D exam will be held after the RRB NTPC exam, which is scheduled from June 5 to June 23, 2025. Officials will also soon tell candidates if their applications are accepted or rejected.
The official schedule, including when admit cards and city intimation slips will be released, will appear on the official railway websites like rrbcdg.gov.in. Candidates will get the city slips about 10 days before the exam.
These slips will tell them the exam date, city, and time. Then, about four days before the exam, the admit cards will be available. These admit cards will have important details like the exam venue and reporting time. Candidates must carry their admit card and a valid ID to enter the exam hall.

The Railway Group D recruitment process has three main steps.
First, candidates must clear the Computer-Based Test (CBT). This test is expected between June and August 2025. Only those who score above the cut-off marks will move on.
Next, candidates must pass the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). This test checks if the candidate is physically fit for the job.
Finally, those who pass the physical test will have to go through Document Verification and a Medical Examination. This last step decides if a candidate is officially selected. To be part of this whole process, candidates must register and apply online before the deadline.
