Who is Allowed to Share Ideas?
The 8th Pay Commission has opened the process for many people. Employees working in ministries and government offices can take part. Workers from Union Territories are also allowed. Judges and court staff can send their views too. Members of regulatory bodies are included in this process.
Retired employees and pensioners are welcome to share their opinions. Employee unions and associations can also take part. Researchers teachers and other interested people can send their thoughts. People can talk about pay levels allowances and pension changes.

How to Send Feedback
All suggestions must be sent only through the MyGov portal. The questionnaire is available in English and Hindi. People need to log in using a mobile number or email ID. After that they must enter an OTP to continue. The commission will not accept letters emails or PDF files. Everything has to be done online only.
The government has said that all responses will stay private. Names and personal details will not be shared. The information will be studied together as a group. The last date to send feedback is March 16, 2026. After that the commission will review all ideas and work on its report. The 8th Pay Commission has been given 18 months to complete its work.
