The actress experienced her day starting commute as a normal trip until it turned into a terrifying situation. The actress reported that the incident took place at 4:50 AM near the Kherwadi flyover in Bandra East, Mumbai.
Nimisha used a cab service when the cab driver passed two men who rode scooters. The situation escalated from road rage into a hazardous violent conflict. The two men allegedly chased the cab, blocked its path on a busy highway, and began threatening the driver aggressively.

The situation developed into a serious dangerous situation. The men reportedly hurled abuses, tried to forcibly open the car doors, and demanded that Nimisha roll down the windows. They attempted to use physical force against both her and the driver.
In her own words, she described how they tried to “teach” the driver a lesson. We obviously did none of that on account of our safety, because he clearly came to hit the driver. This harassment and aggression continued in the middle of the highway with multiple witnesses before they realised I was taking a video. They then attempted to take a fake picture of my car before leaving the spot,” she said.

“They Threatened My Driver”
Nimisha shared her experience on social media which showed people her actual fear that she felt during the event. The attackers showed violent behavior because they appeared to be drunk which created a situation that became impossible to predict.
She can be heard in the video from the incident begging them to stop while she refused to follow their safety instructions.
Her statement: “they threatened my driver” has since gone viral, resonating with thousands who have either faced or feared similar situations on city roads.
The most disturbing aspect of her disclosure shows that this incident marked her second experience with such situations. Nimisha reported that she had experienced another incident which occurred in Colaba this year and she made a police report about it.
