TV actor Asim Riaz became a household name after his stint in popular reality TV show Big Boss season 13. Since then, Riaz has featured in many music videos and his on-screen chemistry has always been top-notch in those videos with his co-actresses.
In his recent music feature, he could be seen with Sakshi Malik in Armaan Malik’s newly-released romantic number ‘Veham’. Riaz is also set to collaborate with Punjabi Hip-Hop icon Bohemia soon. With his Instagram post, he confirmed that he will be featuring in DJ Snake’s upcoming song.
As the 27-year-old success is getting heard everywhere, so do the rumors about him working with his girlfriend Himanshi Khurana in the upcoming Punjabi film and with Salman Khan which will be his debut Bollywood film.
In an interview with Filmibeat Asim broke his silence and addressed these rumors about his debut Bollywood movie. Riaz said “I also read it. Before I came out from Bigg Boss, everything was on track, but now due to COVID-19, everything is postponed. So probably, my team had conversations, but things didn’t get through due to COVID-19. So, right now, there is nothing like that for sure. No, there is nothing like that. Rumors are just rumors. I am not doing a movie in Punjabi or Bollywood. But I want to improve acting and learn thru music videos whether I do it in Punjab or Bollywood or Hollywood or anywhere. I’m working out on my body and skills every day so that I can bring something new in the market.” It was rumored that Riaz will play Salman Khan’s younger brother in the superstar’s upcoming venture Kabhi Eid, Kabhi Diwali.
